Another company for Canadians is called www.canadianforex.ca +CanadianForex. These guys are good too, but take more time with setup and execution in the start. They have a flat fee (~ <or= $15) for any wire transfer (>$10,000 conversion, then no wire fee); as they don't do EFTs (EFTs take longer). Their rates have been a little better than xetrade, sometimes, and they are $5 cheaper to do a wire transfer.
